Optional "Restart and Install Automatically" after working threads are finished

Problem:

User downloads the latest update, but initiating the restart will interrupt all open threads. User must wait to manually initiate the restart.

Proposed Solution:

Adding an option to restart and install automatically after threads are settled to this confirmation dialog would be an improved experience.
