Setup automatic retries when quota is refreshed

It would be really useful to setup a way that if the account quota is finished while there was an agent working, it would schedule a retry when the quota refreshes. This could also be manual if there is some kind of ToS that prevents this kind of automation, but fully autonomous would be best,

Thanks for the request! This is already covered by the orchestrator V2 work merged in #2829, which closed the earlier request #6796.

V2 marks threads that hit a provider usage limit as Limited and offers optional auto-resume at the provider's reported reset time. You can also snooze a limited thread until that reset.

Closing this as already delivered. If something still falls short in a build that includes V2 (for example, a provider that doesn't report a reset time), please open a focused follow-up with the provider, version, and what happened.
