Mobile: keep a running subagent visible when its turn folds

When a turn starts a subagent, the turn usually ends within seconds while the subagent keeps working. The turn then folds into "Worked for X", including the subagent's card. A collapsed turn reads as finished work, so a subagent that is still running looks done, and its card is only reachable by expanding the fold (or through the agents count in the pill).

Could running subagents stay visible until they finish? Running work already stays out of the fold while its turn is active, and notifications stay out after the turn ends.

This landed in #16878: a running subagent card now stays outside its turn's "Worked for" fold until the subagent finishes, on both mobile and web. Finished children still fold as before. Closing as resolved, thanks for the writeup and the fork prototype!
