Add a 'Continue' button for threads that have hanged in some way

Sometimes a thread will hang, or abort, or be cancelled, or error out due to some temporal reason. When this happens, i resolve the reason and write 'continue' as a promt to trigger the agent again. It would be nice to have a button so that I dont need to type in the promt.

Reasons this happens for me:

• Opencode usage limit. Here I have to change accounts and restart T3Code.
• Accidentally quitting T3Code.
• Manually stopping the agent because the worktree is wrong or something it expects is not running.
