Add project profiles / workspaces for better project organization

I use t3code as my daily driver for both professional work and personal side projects.

However, project organization can quickly become cluttered when working on multiple unrelated projects at the same time.

I think it would be useful to have a way to create and switch between different profiles/workspaces, each containing its own set of projects.

For example, I could have:

• a Work profile containing all my professional projects
• a Personal profile for side projects
• potentially other profiles for specific clients or contexts

Switching profiles would update the project list accordingly, making it much easier to keep projects organized and separated.
