Some item recipe and usage entries doesnt appear with jei/emi

I've encountered issues with blueprints and tipped/lingering arrows. I've tested them with EMI (with and without the addon, then with JEI).

For blueprints (except the empty blueprint), pressing R does nothing. However, I know there's a blueprint duplication mechanism via the crafting table; I've tested it and it works, the recipe exist. Then, pressing U also does nothing: no crafting table entry appears.

For tipped and lingering arrows, pressing R also does nothing: the fletching table entry doesnt appear.

Mod version: 1.21.1 neoforge

I compare with 1.20.1 forge version of the mod and there is only one same issue, lingering arrow doesnt display

It's more of i forgot to add them in 1.21.1 version since they had to be manually added
