Ability to make whole class with #[Test]

Currently, you have to mark every test method. How about allowing marking the whole class so all the public methods are treated like tests?

AFAIK you can use Test suffix for that purpose

And test prefix for methods.

The main idea of the issue is use the attribute once on a test class to mark all the public methods as tests
