Status of the library ? is it still maintained ?

I'm sure everyone is very busy but there's been issues/pull requests awaiting to be merged for a while now and some of them would really help like this one or this one.

Some of them are not trivial as they really improve the performance.

I would like to know whether there's any plan to look at those in the near future or do you advise to fork the lib for now until someone has time to approve those PRs?

It's maintained. If they are open they are on our list. The entire presence implementation is due for an overhaul but it's not something we currently can prioritize and currently stability is favored. Thanks!

Yes I seen that but multiple issues have been raised for a while and no answer have been given to them.
