Problem: No newline indention after Python block start in `Cython+`

When starting a new block in a `Cython+` file (e.g. `if True:` or `for a in b:`), there is no indention after creating a newline.

Current behaviour, `>` marks the cursor position:

``` cython
    if True:
   >
```

Expected behaviour:

``` cython
    if True:
       >
```
