Document how to point local tools at deepLocal's OpenAI-compatible API.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Explain base URL http://127.0.0.1:14567/v1.
  • Provide examples for OpenAI SDK-compatible clients.
  • Mention that model IDs come from the Server page.
  • Include troubleshooting for connection errors.
