Goal
UI mode must let the owner connect WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, not by manually editing CLI/session files.
Minimal scope
- Show QR code from the WhatsApp gateway/session startup.
- Show connection state: disconnected, waiting for scan, connected, failed.
- Provide a reconnect/logout action.
- Keep secrets/session storage local and out of logs.

This is required for MVP mode UI because the first-run path for WhatsApp needs a visible scan step.
