Add Separate Audio/Video Traffic Statistics and RTT Metrics for RTMP Streams #2018

Hi @pedroSG94 👋

When using RTMP for live streaming in production, it’s often hard to really understand what’s going on at the network level.
At the moment, RootEncoder only exposes overall stream statistics, without clearly separating audio and video traffic, and without providing RTT information for RTMP connections.

Because of this, it becomes difficult to:
• Tell whether an issue is coming from the audio or the video side
• See how bandwidth is actually distributed between audio and video
• Correlate latency issues with network conditions
• Debug RTMP streams with a level of insight similar to what we usually have in RTC/WebRTC setups

Would it be possible to add separate audio/video traffic stats and basic RTT metrics for RTMP streams in the future?
This would be very helpful for monitoring and debugging production streams.
