Patterns: Fix table and labels in RTL demo

Context

Identified during the PatternFly team's staging review of the 6.5 release. The RTL (right-to-left) demo has issues with the table component and label components that need to be corrected.

Requirements

• Investigate and identify the root cause of the table rendering issue in the RTL demo

• Fix label display/behavior in the RTL demo context

• Ensure the RTL demo correctly demonstrates right-to-left layout support

Acceptance Criteria

• Table renders correctly in the RTL demo

• Labels display correctly in the RTL demo

• Fix the “Switch to Hebrew” button with the incorrect icon color

• RTL demo accurately represents PatternFly RTL support
