Subject: [PATCH] fix(packaging): adequa declaracao de licenca ao padrao PEP
 639

Substitui a declaracao de licenca legada e remove o classificador
'License :: OSI Approved :: MIT License', em conformidade com a PEP 639.
Isso impede o erro de build com versoes recentes do setuptools (>= 75).
