Parsify refuses to update — Please help me to install and run the recent Parsify app (Lifetime User)

Describe the issue
There is no (neither winget nor any other) way to install any version of Parsify because I can't get rid of the 2.0.0-rc.3.

Uninstall or update fails because the rc-3 is still somehow In the System

To Reproduce (optional)
Try

1. Uninstall via winget, Win11 uninstall, Parsifly uninstall app — Fail
2. Upgrade via winget (even uninstall is said to have worked, Install fails) or downloaded Parsify app
