[Feature request] Linux ARM64 binarues

Hi, 

The precompiled linux binaries in the release assets: 
https://github.com/paritytech/revive/releases/tag/v1.0.0

It would be great if someone could add support not only the generic static linux binary but also linux arm64, solc shipps a arm64 version
