&title=<This Doc Title> needs to be supported

We need to support `title` URL parameter like `...&title=Document%20Name`
If the title parameter is specified, the document title should be changed to that value.
When sharing the document, we can make the extension to append the title argument to the sharing URL. This helps to get title in the links shared by user even if the viewer does not have Docs Online Viewer installed.
