I can't fix this bug

The plugin is really good, but it's just me. I'm using paper, and if you look at the picture, textdisplay and various plugins work normally. However, when you enter a command, only the textdisplay command and basic Minecraft commands appear, and commands for other plugins are not displayed in the tab. But the function works. What kind of bug is this?
