How can I compile this for linux(ubuntu)

How can I compile this project for linux(ubuntu).
There is no configure file. make file, cmake file.. no file related to compilation.

Can you give me some guide for this?

Aha I needed to install Qt IDE first..

You need to install QT first. Open the project in QT and build the project

In the menu, select Build.

You should find the build files up one folder, in one of these:
./build-3gpp-decoder-Desktop-Debug

../build-3gpp-decoder-Desktop-Debug

../build-3gpp-decoder-Desktop-Release/
