Add kiosk mode and set up a kiosk machine

In kiosk mode:

• the user doesn't have access to a keyboard, only mouse (and possibly a numpad)
• the user can't leave the browser, access other websites, or applications, or close the browser
• the user will not need to create any account or login/logout
• the kiosk will be offline, and should work without internet access
• the kiosk will have a screensaver with a video, that will disappear once a user interacts with it
• some SIMOC features and menus will be disabled
• SIMOC will be running in a loop, resetting its state after a period of inactivity

TODO (on this repo):

• show the 3D layout by default in the config wizard: Rearrange config wizard tabs #170
• Add a ctrl+k shortcut to enter kiosk mode: Kiosk mode #177
• Update routing and menus in kiosk mode: Kiosk menu options #178
• Reset SIMOC state after an inactivity period Kiosk configuration idle timeout #182
• Test the kiosk mode:
  • check that it works without keyboard
  • check all paths/menus
  • check all links (there should be no external links) (see Disable links in kiosk mode. #698)
  • check all routers to the backend (e.g. /kill_game)
• Implement idle-reset on the dashboard
• Add a countdown popup before idle-reset
• Document kiosk mode
• Hide SAM preset
• Update labels to include ECLSS (also for other modes) (see Add "ECLSS" to preset labels. #745)

TODO (on the actual kiosk machine):

• Install Kubuntu 22.04 as OS
• Install dependencies (some might already be installed)
  • Firefox
  • xscreensaver
  • mpv
• Install SIMOC (backend/frontend)
• Create desktop shortcut and/or autorun Firefox in kiosk mode
• Set up video screensaver
  • Create video and copy it on the machine
  • Set up xscreensaver to use mpv to run the video as a screensaver

For reference, the three from the second To Dos in Ezio's post above were implemented using this SIMOC Kiosk Mode Flow Diagram created on Figma.

PRs #177, #178, and #182 (see above), are ready for review. They add the basic parts of kiosk mode: transition into kiosk mode, new kiosk menu options for configuration and dashboard views, and 3 minute inactivity timeout in the configuration view.

See To Do below for next features to be added into kiosk mode. Can be grouped into their own PRs.

To Do

• Kiosk mode: use ‘sim’ localStorage—this can be a feature that allows the manager to edit the activePanels from sim-mode
• If in kiosk-mode and there is no localStorage, set activePanels to default panels.
• Change default panels—determine which panels should be default for kiosk-mode (one should be the 3D model panel)
• Add timeout modal for Dashboard view. Prompt user in 3 minutes “Are you still there?” with a 10 second countdown. If user moves mouse within 10 seconds, hide modal, else navigate to Welcome Screen.
