Validator errors appear in wrong row after changing order of rows with draggable feature

Case study:
- add a row with required information
- add row without required information (for example leave one column in second row empty or not filled, whatsoever)
- change order of the rows with draggable feature
- click Update in Nova resource page
- now validation errors appear on row which is good, despite the fact that validation keys from backend are proper
