1. "tagIds array is required" — No, this is an internal API validation error not intended for end users. It would only appear if the frontend sent a malformed request (a bug). I've removed it from the translation strings in bd390dc.

2. Help button descriptions — The short summaries that appear in the help panel (when you click the ? button) ARE translatable — they're all wrapped in t('budget', ...) and should appear in Weblate. The full documentation linked via "Read full guide" points to English markdown files on GitHub, which are not part of the Weblate translation system. Translating the full docs would be a separate effort — happy to discuss if there's interest in that.

No matter which text snippets I search for, I can’t find any help text in Weblate.

You're right — the help panel strings were wrapped in t() in the code but hadn't been extracted into the .pot template yet (the template was last regenerated at v2.11, before the help panel was added in v2.15).

I've now added all 22 help topic summaries and 5 quick link strings to the translation template (32937c5). They should appear in Weblate after the next sync.
