Better Jolt bindings

Use #as and put the methods inside the structs' namespace

Turns out the bindings we use are not good for my taste and it's really more of a wrapper than actual C bindings, so they do things that one would not expect (e.g. destroying a PhysicsSystem deletes some stuff that the original does not). I would like to have Jolt bindings that are as 1 to 1 as possible!
