I'd like to know how people actually get the firmware onto their boards, and where it goes wrong. The web flasher at espkvm.io/flash is supposed to be the easy way, but I can see some installs failing at the very first step ("Failed to initialize"), and I don't know how many of you just gave up and used esptool instead.
Pick the one that's closest. If something didn't work, a comment helps a lot: which board, which USB port, which browser and OS, and what it said.
