My setup for now (need to print a case):

I used the image p4-poe-rev3 and espconnect to flash it, as I could not connect the webflasher to this board (was getting connection errors).

it fits ESP32-P4-WIFI6-POE-ETH + Waveshare 19137 inside, and there were no problems printing it in PLA

Also ESP32-P4-WIFI6-POE-ETH cannot be connected to POE and USB-A at the same time, so to use POE and plugin the KVM to PC I had to cut the power line in the USB cable
Confirmed that with waveshare techincal support

Does that mean if POE is not used, usb A can power the board? Or the A to A male cable should always have the 5v cut?

If poe is not used no modification to USB a cable is needed
