0.49.0: microSD at 40 MHz, and uploads 50 times faster 🎉

0.49.0 is out. The microSD card now runs at 40 MHz on the Function EV and the P4-ETH: ~9 MB/s read, ~4 MB/s write, and the P4-ETH can write the card too. Uploads from the console went from 64 KB/s to ~3.5 MB/s over Ethernet. The cause was a regulator my firmware never switched on, plus a TCP queue that held six packets.
