The message in your screenshot seems to point specifically to the document-capture step rather than saying that your academic status is ineligible. Since you've already tried different official documents, I'd first make sure the browser has camera permission and try the verification again from a different browser/device. GitHub's own message also suggests trying another computer or mobile device. If you're still getting the same rejection with a clear document after trying that, I'd contact GitHub Education Support rather than repeatedly submitting the same application. Include the rejection message and explain that you've already tried multiple official documents and different devices. I also wouldn't post the actual school documents here, since they can contain personal information. |
