Hi everyone,

I’ve been trying to sign up for the student pack, but the system indicates I’m not at the campus location; furthermore, when I upload my document, it says information is missing. I should mention that I’m based in Mexico. Also, it only allows me to take photos—and just one at that—so I need help completing the registration and fixing this bug.

It looks like the issue may be happening during the location/verification part of the Education application rather than with your eligibility itself.

For the “Why are you not on campus?” question, I'd select the option that actually matches your situation. If none of the listed reasons apply, use Other and briefly explain your situation rather than selecting a reason that isn't true.

Also, if the document-capture section isn't working, make sure the browser has permission to access your camera. GitHub's own message in the application suggests trying another browser or device if the camera verification continues to fail.

If you've already tried that and the application still won't accept the document, I'd contact GitHub Education Support with the screenshot and explain exactly where the application stops. That should be more useful than repeatedly submitting the same application.
