GeoFLAC organization is the new OWNER of geoflac and DynEarthSol

Based on the polling results, I detached geoflac and DynEarthSol from Eh and Chase's original repositories.
@tan2 @chaseshyu , please fork these new repositories to your accounts for further development.

BTW, during this process, I lost the discussion posts which were hosted in the original geoflac repository. Fortunately, we lost only two posts!

I have renamed my geoflac and DES repositories and forked them.

There are some issues in my old DES repository that I would like to keep. I just found out we can transfer issues between repositories on github. I will try to move the issues in my old repository to GeoFLAC/DynEarthSol.
