Tag v11

Hi,

i just looked where some nodejs 20 deperecation warnings were coming from and it seems to be this action. I'm currently on v10. The bump seems to have already happened in #62 but a new tag would still be kinda great.

@aparcar , @hauke , @robimarko sorry for tagging you, but could you please release a new tag? In the packages feed, we do have a lot of warnings and this would solve it.

Because in the master branch as OP is saying, there is ca7db84
