System Page - Link Streams to Recordings Page

A small QOL improvement to the System page.

These items should be clickable taking the user to the Recordings Table page with the associated stream pre-filtered:

• The colored box showing the stream name and space used under Storage per Stream
• The colored bar section within the total bar under Storage per Stream / Combined / % of total storage
• The gray boxes showing the stream name and details under Stream Details
