Small QOL improvement - Double click videos to enter/exit fullscreen mode

I like to leave the Live View page running in fullscreen on a separate monitor showing a grid of streams.

Sometimes when I notice something interesting happening, I find it much easier to simply double click the video in question to make it full screen. It's faster than having to find the small toggle fullscreen button in the bottom right of the video. I think others might appreciate this improvement too.

The change is in branch double-click-to-fullscreen ending in commit CDx4f3kCAf3Y/lightNVR@baec0ea. The branch is based off upstream commit 89bdfa4 and is passing integration tests.
