Recordings Table - Selected rows should be highlighted

There should be some type of visual indicator, such as changing the background color of the entire row, when a recording has been selected.

Something similar has already been implemented on the Recordings Grid - there the recording card gets a black border added to it. I don't think a black border will work for the table - it may get lost too easy with the lines that are already separating the rows.

This is in branch highlight-selected-rows ending in commit CDx4f3kCAf3Y/lightNVR@a8eb46f. The branch is based off upstream commit c8c5c9a and is passing integration tests.
