Investigate dependency bump from Django 5.2.8 to 6.0 #1042
Description
A PR was made to update dependencies on reports (#1041 ). This included an update from Django 5.2.8 to 6.0. As this is a big version jump, and the Django 6.0 release notes are comprehensive, we should set aside some time to investigate this.
