[Epic] Improve `Project` user experience

Description

Creating Projects is the very first touchpoint for anyone using our app.
The experience should be appealing and smooth from first moment.

We want to give users confidence in their doing while training them in thinking "yaml".

Scope

• Fix Project metadata form width #592
• Make Project creation a 2 step wizard #593
• Show Yaml Editor when creating Projects #594
• Allow Edit for Project #511
• Create follow-up to replicate this for Workspace

Out of scope
