DELETE Host Headlamp on internal platform

Description

In order to embed Headlamp in our UI we need to host it somewhere.

While hosting we want to apply certain plugins and styling by default.
Public plugins can just be configured via the helm chart.
Private plugins have to be inserted via ConfigMaps or similar mechanisms.

Tasks

• Design a Helm Chart for deploying Headlamp in stateless mode (stretch: publish chart)
• Include the Flux and Eso Plugin from the public plugins
• Include some styling plugin as a private plugin

Before this is not done, the Headlamp PR is not working openmcp-project/ui-frontend#518.
