remove reference to workspace.json

- [ ] specify on command line the dev container features to install (and their options)
- [ ] specify on command line the utility container (git, jq, etc) which will be mounted on which path, to set PATH, LD_LIBRARY_PATH, etc
- [ ] remove reference to `.kaiden/workspace.json`
