Livestreaming can't be accessed

Describe the bug

Livestreaming does not work.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Plan an event with live publication in Opencast
2. Wait until the live event has started
3. Click the preview image
4. No tab opens, livestream is not played

Expected behavior
When the preview image is clicked a new tab should open. The tab should contain a paella player instance for the live-stream.
