Update quick start guide and videos to cover js-promise versions of translators

We first need to make sure this issue is resolved in the bridge: tjaffri/msiot-samples#4

Once done, we need update the documentation to include js-promise versions of translators.

In the dev branch of the http://github.com/opent2t/translators repo we have started a major refactor of how translators and schemas look.

We need to update all the documentation on this site to reflect the latest formats. This includes:

1. Getting started guide
2. Developer video
