Upgrade opendssdirect by hacking on SMART-DS #99
Description
SMART-DS requires an old version of the PVSystems model enabled with a "legacy" mode. This "legacy" mode was removed in 0.8.0, so newer versions of SMART-DS cannot be read by opendssdirect. To fix this, we need to modify all SMART-DS data.
- This is a hack which will apply only to SMART-DS
- It's currently not feasible to update ALL SMART-DS data.
- This script or whatever should be available outside oedisi.
