Hi @open-sci/atreides,

As anticipated in today's lecture, you have to write a scientific article that presents your research. Please follow the structure we discussed during the class, also considering the articles written in the past years from the course projects:

The paper should include the following sections:

  • Abstract
  • Introduction
  • Material and Methods
  • Result
  • Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • References

Once finalised, the article should be submitted to Zenodo, adding appropriate metadata. The submission deadline is 16 June 2026, 23:59 CEST. Once in Zenodo, please close this issue.

Do not hesitate to contact me in the Discord channel with further questions.
