Phant limitations/abilities

Since Phant is our primary push driver at this point its seemed like it would be good to collect some of its limitations and abilities

Limitations

1. Every post to Phant must have a value for all fields. e.g. I was trying to post from 2 different pipes to the same Phant data store and got a 400 repose on the command line. In the browser you get...
