iPad orientation

Hi,
there is a problem that occurs when you try to switch from portrait to landscape on ipad

The included demo app doesn't seem to work with orientation at all for me. (On top of that, it seems to look pretty misaligned.)

Right now, there are no methods in place to handle landscape orientation and orientation changes. Should you chose to implement those, I'd be open to accepting the pull request!
