Build fails: broken example URL in ogc.osc.geodcat-stac-earthcode.experiments

Fresh fork, clean clone, ./build.sh on Docker 29.6.2.

Build aborts loading ogc.osc.geodcat-stac-earthcode.experiments.
The example references:

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ESA-EarthCODE/open-science-catalog-metadata/refs/heads/main/experiments/polaris-experiment/record.json

which returns 404. With fail_on_error: True this stops the whole
register build, so no blocks process.

Looks like the upstream EarthCODE path moved or was renamed.

Follow-up: re-ran with --fail-on-error false to see what's behind it.

There's a second broken example ref:

(note that one points at a "-staging" host)

And with both EarthCODE blocks failing to load, the build then dies on:

ValueError: Invalid reference to bblock ogc.osc.geodcat-stac-earthcode.experiments
from ogc.osc.api-profiles.processes.ospd — the bblock does not exist

So ogc.osc.api-profiles.processes.ospd can't build either — it has a hard
dependency on the EarthCODE blocks.

Question rather than a bug: should these examples point at current
EarthCODE paths, or be inlined so the build doesn't depend on external
availability? Given the OSPD profile depends on them, an outage upstream
takes the whole register down.

Confirming this also breaks CI, not just local builds.

Fresh fork with Actions enabled, push to master: validate-and-process fails after ~40s on the same polaris-experiment/record.json 404, and upload-to-triplestore is skipped as a result — so the register never publishes either.

So any fork that turns Actions on gets a red build, and the master repo's own CI is presumably in the same state.

Separately, the workflow invocation shows:

--base-url https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nsnarayanam/bblocks-openscience/undefined

The literal "undefined" suggests PAGES_BASE_URL isn't set on forks. Minor, and possibly expected before Pages is configured, but flagging it in case it isn't.

Confirmed fixed. Synced with master and rebuilt without any local patching: full build completes, all 21 blocks processed. Thanks Rob.
