Make this into a JupyterBook

We can have a short jupyter book with 5 modules that we can send prospective students and/or make it a requirement for the OHW.

Sounds good. For git, I think we should also bring in (move) whatever materials from https://oceanhackweek.github.io/ohw-resources/prep/git/ and https://oceanhackweek.github.io/ohw-resources/prep/github/ make sense.

And for completeness, Leticia's materials also include a Jupyter Notebooks intro; that should be part of the pre-hwk JupyterBook too.
