ERROR: selecting stacked markers all at once

## Bug Report

### Steps
1) create several participants and don't move them on the map
2) try to move one of them

### Expected Result
The selected (top one) marker moves alone.

### Actual Result
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa they all move at once!
