Review the current SixSq testbed

• Availability. Ensure all HW/VMs are up and running, and are available for the testing framework.
• Monitoring and alerting. Cover the testbed with monitoring and alerting.
• Integrity. Ensure the physical integrity of the testbed is not altered by third parties.
• Extensibility. The testing framework must allow adding more HW/VMs into the SixSq testbed.
