Bare `return` statement in match arm does not parse

Seems that a return statement in a match arm (which nushell proper is fine with), is treated as invalid grammar

It's a little tricky, after #220 , return is treated as a normal command now. Might need to bring back ctrl_return/continue/break if necessary.
