ADR numbering has holes at 0002, 0004 through 0010, 0012 and 0013.
docs/ holds only 02 and 07 of a numbered series that docs/production.md and docs/02 cross-reference by number, so a reader following a reference lands nowhere.
#151 restored the trust boundary and closed. #120's scope names the rest and has no open child for it.

Restore the documents the surviving files cross-reference.
Where a decision is load-bearing and undocumented, write it: this pass found several, notably why one component is one Store, which lived only in a loop.md bullet until now.
