-v makes -c in v 3.0

In version 3.0 if you use -v "bitrate" it does not use CVBR
If you open converted file in MediaInfo it shows constant bit rate

also this new version does not work in foobar2000 or freac

--cvbr is working correctly as CVBR. If you play the file with a player such as foobar2000, you should be able to see that the bitrate varies during playback.

However, due to the change in the MP4 library, the values written to maxBitrate and avgBitrate in the DecoderConfigDescriptor of the esds box in the MP4 file are now different from what they were before.

In version 3.00, we write the contents of the DecoderConfigDescriptor generated by the encoder as-is. Previously, maxBitrate was based on the measured bitrate.

I don't know what heuristic MediaInfo uses, but it is probably looking at the maxBitrate and avgBitrate values and reporting the bitrate mode as "Constant."

我下载了qaac 3.03，在foobar2000中把AAC(Apple)编码器qaac64.exe的参数修改为--ignorelength -s --no-optimize --cvbr 256 -o %d -
我重新把flac文件转换为m4a文件，用MediaInfo打开m4a文件，看到依然显示为 恒定码率 (CBR)，不知道是什么原因？
